Attorneys in our Immigration Practice Section provide professional services both to individuals and to corporations. Individual services include everything from the filing of family-based green card applications to Naturalization applications, all of which rely upon the implementation of our knowledge of the complexities of the US government’s immigration and nationality laws. For corporate clients, we are able to assist companies in the acquisition of employment-based visas through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, an arm of the Department of Homeland Security. We have extensive experience filing temporary employment-based immigration visas such as H, L, TN, and 0 non-immigrant visa petitions (including portability petitions, 7th year extensions, and cap-sensitive cases) and coordinating non-immigrant visa appointments at US Consular Posts abroad.

Our team also has had tremendous success with employment-based immigrant visas including Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, Multinational Manager, and Skilled Worker petitions, as well as preparing and filing Labor Certification Applications with the U.S. Department of Labor under PERM.
